We ship worldwide via premium carriers. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm. Please note that some services may not be available in all countries.

When the order is shipped outside the UK, our prices are tax-free and DO NOT include customs fees. If you reside outside the UK your local border authority will charge the appropriate customs fees to you. We cannot influence those charges or the amount calculated, and they are the responsibility of the receiver. This gives us the ability to offer the lowest price possible to you.

We charge a single shipping fee for all items, no matter how many items you purchase, or where in the world you order from, you will only pay one fee.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping times will vary. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or any customs charges incurred.
